Kleio Valentien is the C.E.O. of her own company. 
Lately, she’s seen a dip in productivity at the workplace and does her best to please her employees to the best of her business abilities. 
But even with all the salary increases, benefits and personal days, Kleio still can’t seem to get her employees motivated.
