John's documentary series looking at the work of Glasgow's School of Veterinary Medicine is to be reworked as three one-hour episodes. The programme, a co-production by Barrowman Barker Productions and Tern TV, will be broadcast in a primetime slot on Channel 4 (UK) later this year.
Andrew Snowball, Tern TV's Director of Features and Popular Factual said: "John Barrowman genuinely cares about animals and viewers will really engage with his enthusiasm for and interest in the work of the specialists at the pet hospital. It's always exciting to see a successful daytime series make the jump to primetime and introduce it to a whole new audience. We're confident it will shine in its new slot."
