Box van drie cd’s met een bloemlezing uit de catalogus van het label Harvest, dat begin jaren zeventig werd opgezet om ambitieuze progrockbands onder te brengen. Eén van de eerste underground labels, maar wel onder de vlag van de major EMI. Voorbij komen tracks van Deep Purple, Kevin Ayers, Syd Barrett, Barclay James Harvest, Pink Floyd, Roy Harper, Electric Light Orchestra en Jan Akkerman, wiens compositie Fresh Air de albumtitel inspireerde.
