This elegant short film shows you just what the human body can do. Our flexible twins are like moving sculptures, 
like pieces of art that change with the music. They’re graceful, elegant and in complete control of their bodies.

Being able to move your body like this takes years of training (and a high pain threshold). 
So this is not something we recommend you do at home. 
Ballet dancers put their bodies through incredible physical stress. 
But our guess is you probably don’t visit the ballet much, right?
