*** De cd-serie Popinstituut.nl is een samenwerkingsverband tussen het Nationaal Pop Instituut en Universal/Hunter Music

Doelstelling: Het op de markt brengen van een 20 tot 25 delige cd serie welke iets toevoegt aan huidige compilaties van betreffende artiesten. B.v. singles A en B kanten, singles A en B kanten van een band, evt. aangevuld met de solo-singles van een band-lid, het complete oeuvre van een band of artiest, en het nog bekender maken van het bestaan van het Nationaal Pop Instituut en hun website POPINSTITUUT.NL. Tevens komt er in ieder boekje van de cd een biografie en een discografie met zoveel mogelijk afbeeldingen van het origineel hoesmateriaal, hitnoteringen en bestelnummers. ***
