White Zombie - Amerikaanse heavy metal band, opgericht in New York in 1985. In het begin speelde de band noise rock, maar wordt in het genre van heavy metal beter bekend met teksten op basis van horror films. 
In tegenstelling tot andere groepen van de jaren 1990, werden hun nummers op basis van de verbeelding en surrealistische fantasieën in plaats van de wensen en ervaringen.
