This instructional program is designed for viewers interested in a foundation for learning to play the guitar. Featuring rock guitarist Tom Kolb, Starter Series: Beginning Guitar, Vol. 1 offers students lessons on the different parts and equipment, tuning the strings, strumming, and different kinds of chords. The musical styles covered include rock, blues, and country.
