*** For Those Who Like To Groove is a legendary but short-lived radioprogram on Radio 3 in The Netherlands and was broadcasted by the AVRO, which was hosted by Robin Albers (Jaydee). The first hour would feature the best new house and techno music, and during the second hour, a DJ would come and do a mix. For those who like to groove is probably one of the most intimate dance programs of all times. Unfortunately it lasted only for one year, this radio show received an award for the best national radio program in 1992. ***

'' Deze avond was Paul Elstak de gast DJ bij For Those Who Like To Groove. Hij begon zijn DJ carrière in buurt- en clubhuizen in Rotterdam en werd in 1987 aangenomen als DJ in discotheek Bluetiek-In, waar Ronald Molendijk en Michel Steinbach ook hebben gedraaid. Hij leert veel van Peter Slaghuis, één van de Nederlandse house pioniers die onder de naam Hithouse onder andere verantwoordelijk is voor grote wereldhits als Jack To The Sound Of The Underground (1988) en Move Your Feet To The Rhythm of The Beat (1989), maar op 5 september 1991 tragisch verongelukt bij een auto ongeluk. In 1991 scoort Paul Elstak samen met Rob Fabrie (Waxweazle / Headbanger) onder de naam Holy Noise een Top Tien Hit met het nummer James Brown is Still Alive. Hij richt in 1992 ook het eerste Nederlandse hardcore label Rotterdam Records op waaronder het nummer Poing van Rotterdam Termination Source verschiijnt dat de nummer twee positie bereikt in de Nederlandse hitlijsten. Hij was ook een van de leden van het Dreamteam, een groep hardcore gabber DJ's die begin jaren negentig erg populair waren. Het reguliere eerste uur ontbreekt helaas. ''
